The Tucson Recorder Society, a Chapter of the American Recorder Society, provides opportunities for people to play recorders and other early instruments, to learn more about early music, ranging from the Medieval through the Baroque periods, and to have fun.
We have players of all ages and abilities.
We meet on Saturdays about once a month, from the fall through the spring.

The Tucson Recorder Society Library is bursting with over 1300 items just waiting for you. From sheet music to insightful books, everything is recorder-related and available for checkout by members. The library spreadsheet is color coded: yellow is Christmas, blue is for books and green indicates general sheet music. You may download the spreadsheet and sort by composer, number of recorders, and other classifications. The catalog is also available in PDF form.

To check out an item write down the composer, title and if more than one edition, the publisher.

Anyone interested in the recorder or early music is welcome as a member.
Annual dues are $50.00 per season.
Play Day fees are additional to the annual dues.
